CODE OF ETHICS & COMMITTEE
CODE OF ETHICS & COMMITTEE

At GIOYA, we strive to create a positive impact by upholding the highest standards of social responsibility and ethical business practices. We are committed to advancing leadership that benefits society—our employees, their families, communities, and organizations protecting human dignity and quality of life.
Inspired by the ideas of Adriano Olivetti, we believe businesses exist to serve people, not the other way around. Profit should not be the sole focus; businesses should also share wealth, culture, services, and democratic values.
This Code of Ethics provides clear guidance for the actions of GIOYA’s management, staff, collaborators, and academic faculty. It embodies the values and vision of our founders and shareholders, ensuring all activities align with our dedication to ethical principles and social responsibility.
