Empowering mothers for accessing the labour-market
Call: ERASMUS+_KA2_Small Scale partnership (VET)
GY is leading the partnership of MoWe4Job, a project co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, which aims to put the gender economy at the centre of the dialogue on post-pandemic recovery by strengthening mothers’ soft skills and facilitating their access to the labour-market. The MoWe4Job project aims to highlight and strengthen the role of working mothers by focusing on general gender awareness and retraining mothers to increase their access to the labour market.
The main objectives of the project are:
– Raise awareness on labour market barriers for mothers and mitigation measures to improve socio-economic inclusion and promote cultural change through rebalancing family roles (e.g. paternity leave system);
– Strengthening mothers’ skills to access the labour market by activating their soft skills and promoting a work-life balance strategy and developing new digital skills.
WEWON
Empowering women in European project management consultancy

GY is partner of WeWon, a project co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, which promotes female entrepreneurship and empowers European project management professionals, especially women, to lead successful and fulfilling careers.
The main objectives of the project are:
– Identification of new training and career guidance models for European project managers, based on the needs of professionals, to empower professionals, especially women, and strengthen their entrepreneurial skills;
– Creation of a knowledge-sharing network of European project managers to identify new business models for sustainable project management, based on collective intelligence, social value and equality, and to initiate a collective effort and effective mobilisation of expertise to address business problems;
– Initiating a dialogue with local and European decision-makers to have the skills and role of European project managers recognised and valued.
SKILLPRO
Up-skill and retrain social economy professionals to help them raise, access and manage funds

GY is a partner in SkillPro, a project co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, which aims to empower social economy organisations in securing the funds needed to help the social economy sector emerge stronger from the pandemic and transform our economies, creating opportunities and jobs for Europe.
The main objectives of the project are:
-To raise awareness of solidarity initiatives undertaken during and after the COVID crisis, as well as the key role played by social economy enterprises and organisations, and to encourage dialogue and co-design of measures with public authorities to address the needs of social economy organisations to help in the recovery process;
-increase the competences of social economy actors in securing and managing funding.
